False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are provided at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-year length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These courses start out at NCV level two and the least requirement tvet college engineering would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.
As soon as the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade 10 certification. NCV Level 3 would be grade 11 and NCV Level four is grade twelve.
NCV Level four is at the exit level, currently being equivalent to a National Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV level two which happens to be equivalent to an NQF level two.
On which sort of students are suited for these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that traditional education will not be automatically the sole method of starting to be an artisan or getting to be experienced so if a student knows from an early age what their interests are, the NCV programme is definitely properly suited for that student.
